To add a Ricoh IMC print driver, download the correct driver from the Ricoh website, run the installer, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your printer either automatically or by manually entering its IP address.
Method 1: Using the driver installer
Download the driver:
Go to the Ricoh support site for your RICOH IMC and find the correct driver for your operating system (e.g., PCL6 Driver).

Run the installer:
Open the downloaded file. If it's a self-extracting archive, you may need to extract the files first before running "setup.exe" or "install.exe".

Follow the setup wizard:
The installer will guide you through the process.
Agree to the license agreement.
Select "Network" as the connection type.
Wait for the installer to search for devices on your network.
Connect to the printer:
If your printer is found: Select it from the list and click next.
If your printer is not found: You will need to add it manually using its IP address. Select the "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname" option and enter the IP address.
Finish installation:
Follow any remaining prompts to complete the driver installation.
