To add a Ricoh IMC print driver, download the correct driver from the Ricoh website, run the installer, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your printer either automatically or by manually entering its IP address.

Method 1: Using the driver installer

  1. Download the driver:

Go to the Ricoh support site for your RICOH IMC and find the correct driver for your operating system (e.g., PCL6 Driver).

    1. RICOH IM C3000/C3500

    2. RICOH IM C4500/C6000

    3. RICOH IM C2000/C2500

    4. RICOH IM 350F/430F/430FB

    5. RICOH MP C8003/C6503

    PCL 6 Driver
  2. Run the installer:

Open the downloaded file. If it's a self-extracting archive, you may need to extract the files first before running "setup.exe" or "install.exe".

    Install the Driver
  3. Follow the setup wizard:

The installer will guide you through the process.

    • Agree to the license agreement.

    • Select "Network" as the connection type.

    • Wait for the installer to search for devices on your network.

  4. Connect to the printer:

    • If your printer is found: Select it from the list and click next.

    • If your printer is not found: You will need to add it manually using its IP address. Select the "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname" option and enter the IP address.

  5. Finish installation:

Follow any remaining prompts to complete the driver installation.
